It was taken with a Nikon D100 camera with a 35mm lens at f/3.5 for 30 seconds. Very dim synchrones on left side of the frames about 20 degrees in length. Only 1 was actually visible to the naked eye, due to the setting moon and Venus at 6:15pm.

This comet was very difficult to capture because of it's closeness to the horizon, and constant clouds moving through. Photographed with a Nikon D100, asa of 800 1/8th of a second exposure with a 600mm lens.
